2 bedroom flat Foppolo w/ cosy fireplace & balcony

Wonderful 2 bed-room flat located in Foppolo, close to local ski lifts. Completely furnished, the flat has a large terrace with a terrific panoramic view over Foppolo and the mountains. The flat has a lovely and cozy living room with a large fireplace, single garage & ski deposit. The apartment is very bright and has one spacious master bedroom, a second bedroom (with bunk beds), a living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen. Great to host dinners and small parties. You will have access to the garage, ski deposit and also a lovely communal space in the building (a condominium hall) which is a great space to have dinners as it has large tables and huge fireplace. This area in the building also has some table tennis and a giant terrance for bbq and grill in the summertime! I am happy to give my dear guests some suggestions on how to best enjoy their time here. There are lots of things to discover in the area. Not only the rich culinary tradition as everywhere in Italy. I will make sure to provide them with a brochure I have prepared with tips on restaurants, shopping, outdoor activities and much more (also for little kids). There will be an identical copy inside the apartment for the whole duration of their stay. The neighborhood is very quite and relaxing. Perfect for a geataway from the city! During the summer, the flat is close to local hiking routes fully immerged in the nature and the woods. In the winter, the landscape becomes white and the snow makes everything more magic and picturesque. It then gets busy with skiing-addicted and with sports enthusiasts! It is easy to get around Foppolo. After all, is it a small village, as you may know. However, it is very easy to get around with a car given the availability of road parking slots. If you do not have a car, don't worry. There is a local bus service for free which runs throught the busy seasons and will help you get around the green way. I will let you know how this works.
