Entire private studio - Countryside views

This is an entire private studio with your own entry and parking space. This room takes 4 people - 2 single beds and a queen bed, all made up with quality white linen and bedding. You'll enjoy panoramic views of our farm and be able to walk and explore the farm, our gardens and the local area. Please note - the cost ($295) is for two guests, additional guests are $30 pp. The studio is spacious and modern with a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to make meals and enjoy a breakfast overlooking the farm and surroundings. We are happy to provide fresh farm milk, toast and spreads for your breakfast. Parking at the front door, use of our tennis court and areas to relax and unwind around our home. The studio has private access and it's own car park. The studio has a Kitchen and ensuite. Guests are welcome to use spaces around our home to relax and the farmland to walk amongst. People are welcome to have a farm experience and watch milking take place if they would like. On arrival and as required. Superb ,private property with panoramic views over surrounding Waikato dairy farmland. Very easy drive to Hamilton City , the Beautiful well known Hamilton Gardens, our world famous Hobbiton , Zealong tea gardens , Cornerstone Alpaca farm , Woodland Historic garden and Cafe, the local Fire pot Cafe and Willow Glen Wedding venue. Closest bus is Huntly Naked bus , and NZ Intercity. Shuttle to and from Auckland airport can be arranged for an additional cost. Shuttle max is our preferred provider of transport to and from Auckland Airport. The studio is suitable for 4 guests and has disabled access.
