The Willows Annexe, rural, peaceful place to stay

2 miles North of Tavistock, close to Dartmoor National Park; perfect for walkers, horseriders, cyclists and fishing. We welcome dogs with manners as we have chickens, cats and a horse on site. The Annex is a modern well presented, very spacious bungalow which will easily accommodate 4/5 . The property has 1 bedroom which has a double bed, and the living space has a double bed settee, and a Z bed if required. Fully fitted kitchen including washer and dryer. Warm, very spacious bungalow with a modern feel which will easily accommodate 4 or 5 guests. Large living area that is deceptive from the photographs and will offer a open living space, with clean and fresh feel. Very peaceful and quiet with lovely walks nearby. Animals on site that are friendly. With regard to the Covid situation, in conjunction with Airbnb guidance we have deep cleaned throughout and provided antibacterial wipes and spray for you if required. We will ensure this level cleanliness is maintained. We have removed all unnecessary items to avoid spreading any virus or germs, so apologies it looks a bit sparse with no books, children’s toys etc. We still provide bedding and towels, but if you would prefer to use your own, that is fine. Horse accommodation can be arranged either on site or nearby, at additional cost depending on length of stay, please enquire for further details. Whole property accessible. All based on the level, with wide access doors and shower/wet room. We are here if you need us, but happy to keep our distance if that’s what you would prefer. 2 miles outside the town of Tavistock. Close to Brentor, Lydford, Mary Tavy and Peter Tavy. Based on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Close to the Devon and Cornwall border. Easy access to the A30. Very quiet location, so you will surely get peace and quiet. This property is rural so car or bicycle is needed. We are a short drive away from shops so bring supplies with you. There is tea and sugar supplied , but if you wanted other items such as bread, butter or milk we can provide at cost price. Please request this if necessary. Dogs are welcome, but we expect you to clean up after your dog, a hoover is supplied for hair and please dispose of your dog’s waste in the waste bin, not the recycling. Thanks
