Hibiscus Haven with pool access and amazing view

My place is a whole house with three bedrooms. However the rooms can be rented separately. Lovely balconies with amazing views over Roseau , the Caribbean Sea and the Mountains. You share the deck and pool with our permanent resident in the downstairs self contained poolside flat. This house has a number of steps inside and out. It is in an exclusive, residential area and is suitable for all travelers with a vehicle or using taxis. There is WiFi, cable Tv with sports and AC in the bedrooms. Enjoy an amazing view over the city of Roseau and the Cruise ship berth one way and the mountains and forests the other. You’ll love our place because of the location a thirty minute walk downhill to Roseau city centre and the sports stadium ( site of the World Creole Music Festival) . In town there are restaurants, historic sites, the Botanical Gardens, night life and a bustling fresh produce market. You can park your rental vehicle on the street safely or order a tour bus or taxi to pick you up. The pool is shared with the tenant downstairs who is out during the day. We live en route to Town for advice and coffee on the way! I am also the British Honorary Consul and a frequently used resource for tourists in trouble. we have a list of trusted tour guides, Boiling lake experts and opportunities for interaction with locals. We have arranged child sponsorships and visits to Preschools, Primary Schools and homes for the elderly for those who are interested. We can also set up visits to organic farms and herb gardens. St Aroment is a quiet established residential area with beautiful views of the Bay and Mountains. Walking distance to town, we do however recommend you get a Goodwill bus back up the hill and pay extra for door to door. It is best to park on the Goodwill side of the river on the link road near the stadium and walk the rest. Black cabs are familiar with our place and will provide a very reasonable taxi service call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) We can also provide connections to certified tour guides with buses fluent in French, English and Patois. Local buses will bring you to the end of the road on request and for a few extra dollars. The walk up the hill from Town is strenuous if you are not fit. We are open for Staycations and look forward to the airports and ferries restarting post COVID. Please let us know how you are expecting to arrive. We can arrange for you to be met by a taxi bus at the ferry terminal (USD10 per person) or at the Airport (USD30 per person) . We can arrange for the car rental company ( Roadrunnercarrental , Courtesy or Valley) to bring the vehicle to the house. We strongly recommend you book the car rental in advance and refer your chosen company to us to coordinate especially at Carnival, Creole and Christmas. Driving in the dark when you first arrive especially on the treacherous airport road is not recommended especially if you are not used to driving right hand drive on the left!
