Charmant studio sur la Plage du Moulleau

Charming Studio for 2 people on the 1st floor of a small residence at the foot of the beautiful Moulleau beach. The studio is 32 m2 and is complemented by a terrace EAST (sun in the morning) of 7.5 m2. This residence is the transformation of a historic Villa: the Chalet Risque Tout of the former mayor of Arcachon (1897) The residence is called MAR y SOL. Shops are a 2-minute walk from Moulleau or Pyla. The center of Arcachon is a 10-minute drive or bus. The studio is new and equipped: 2 places bed  (160x200) or 2 single beds (80x200) 1 sofa allows comfortable viewing of TV (Box and TNT) The kitchen is fully equipped with Induction hobs- Fridge-Dishwasher-Microwave oven / fan oven The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a sink as well as a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided, as are beach towels and the parasol. The studio must be made clean. We provide rental back. Cleaning is charged 25 €. We do not accept pets. The studio is non-smoking The studio is exclusively rented for 2 people. No additional person possible.
