Quiet large 25sqm room with cooking facilities

On the ground floor of a big house from the 60's a 25sqm room with a double bed and a sofabed, a desk, cooking plates and a oven. A separate space is available with coffee & tea facilities, a microwave, and a fridge. The shower room is next door. It is also a laundry room that I use and that you can use. The bathroom might be shared with guest (1) from "yellow room". You can use the garden in front of you windows! We live upstairs, so we enjoy a quiet environment when we are around. I work and there is a 4 years old in the house, so the house is regularly awake and alive since 7am in the morning and asleep at 10pm. There is no access to the rest of the house, but when we are out you have access to the all garden! Bus stop (8 every 10 minutes to Lausanne City Center) is less than 10min walk away. Le Mont is countryside bliss 10 minutes away from Lausanne City Center.
