Accommodation is set over 2 floors and comprises: Downstairs - lounge with feature fireplace, dining room with table and 6 dining chairs, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room Upstairs - 3 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single), bathroom with bath and separate electric shower. There is an enclosed garden to the rear and small garden area to the front along with a driveway. There is a garage which can be available for guests use upon request - ideal for storing bikes, water sports equipment or golf clubs. Location: Portrush offers a great base from which to explore this stunning coast. With two beautiful beaches, championship golf course, award winning restaurants and lots more, you'll not be short of things to do - and that's without leaving the town! Plus, the top N.Ireland tourist attractions of The Giant's Causeway and Old Bushmills Distillery, to name but a few, are within 15 - 20 minutes drive. The house itself is located in quiet residential area, just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beaches, town centre and all the amenities on offer locally.
