The Studio flat, Ascot

Would you like to stay in a converted recording studio in the heart of Ascot? A studio apartment in a shady garden with a separate kitchen and bathroom. A quiet area where many pop stars have recorded their hit songs. If you love music, stay here and enjoy the unusual memorabilia! There is an area where you can sit outside and enjoy the garden. This studio is at the end of the garden with a separate entrance and a key safe, so you can let yourself in and not have contact and stay safe. The Space: The studio flat is available for short stays, but I am open for anyone wishing to stay for a week or longer. I can also provide a Zed Bed for an extra fee, so if there are 3 of you, I can accommodate that. Recently redecorated and a new electric heater installed. I do welcome dogs as long as they are well behaved! Guest Access: Guests can access the studio flat by a separate side gate, and if I am not here to greet you, there is a key safe so you will be able to let yourself in and get comfy. There is a shady area outside with table and chairs. About me: I have lived in Ascot for nearly 20 years and I have 3 very friendly small dogs, two Cavashons and a terrier, who will enthusiastically greet you! A new addition to my family is a long haired tortoiseshell cat called Freddie! I work part time but will always try to be around to answer any questions or be of any help. What to do and see: The studio flat is within walking distance of the famous Royal Ascot racetrack and the train station. There is a bus stop right outside on the main road. Free off street parking is also available in my driveway. From Ascot, Windsor castle and town centre is only 6 miles away. Legoland, Thorpe Park, and the new Lexicon shopping centre and cinema are all nearby. Also we have several great restaurants, all within walking distance. Transport: Ascot train station is not far, and the train goes to London Waterloo station, or Reading. Buses from outside my house go to Windsor, Bracknell and London. We have a good local taxi service and if I am around I can always drop you somewhere nearby. Breakfast: There is a lovely compact kitchen with microwave, fridge, toaster coffee machine and a kettle. I supply tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread, butter and water for you to have a light breakfast in the morning. There is complimentary shampoo, soap, a hairdryer and hangers in a compact wardrobe. Also I have put an iron and ironing board by the wardrobe for your convenience. The bathroom has a heated towel rail. During this uncertain time I will also supply anti bac soap, hand sanitizer and kitchen wipes. There is also a new electric storage heater for those chilly mornings and evenings and a TV with all the main channels as well as free view. Wi Fi is available in the studio flat for free.
