Located in the Black Mountains, Center Finistere, not far from the Huelgoat forest full of myths and legends, less than one hour from the medieval town of Quimper, cultural heart of Brittany and from the cost and its beaches...Surroundings valleys and hills offers picturesque views. Only 3km away from the market town of Chateauneuf-du-Faou with shops and services to facilitate your stay. Our cottage is the ideal place to escape, walk the coast path, breathe and recharged. Step inside the cottage and be greeted by the open-plan entrance/dining area /kitchen/lounge. The kitchen has all the appliances you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. All of the accommodation handily arranged on a single level. You can relax on the sofa as you watch a DVD or play boardgames with family or with friends. Gîte « En Terre du Milieu » welcomes 5-6 people maximum, ground floor, well-presented, comfortable and bed linen provided. It is a non-smoking cottage. It’s worth the visit ! During summer, Brittany gathers many music festivals from celtic music to acoustic intruments music, folk music.... Try to include one of those festivals into your holiday program : Fest Jazz at Châteauneuf-du-Faou, Festival des Vieilles Charrues at Carhaix, Land's End festival (Festival du bout du monde) in Crozon peninsula, the Interceltic Festival at Lorient and the Cornaouille Festival at Quimper not to mention many Fest Noz hosted all around Brittany villages and towns from May to October. No public transport near the cottage. A vehicle is required.
