The Shepherd's Hut at Cadleigh - fully en-suite

This is a fully fitted, hand-built Shepherd's Hut with everything you need for a romantic break. We believe it is one of the best Shepherd's Huts that you can find anywhere on the internet. We have a comfortable small double bed with storage below, a wood burning stove, microwave, two ring gas cooker, small fridge, mains electricity, DAB radio, two USB charging points and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and electric shower. Because there is only the one bed, it is suitable for couples. A fully en-suite, romantic getaway in the beautiful South Devon countryside, 5 minutes from Dartmoor, 15 minutes from Plymouth and 20 minutes from the beach. There are some fantastic eating places from lovely gastro-pubs and friendly local inns. The south coast path is 10 minutes away and Dartmoor has some beautiful walks that seem to end close to a pub! Set in beautiful gardens, guests can use the grounds, fire up the barbecue, relax on the lawn, watch the sun setting and enjoy each other's company. Hosts are 50 metres away in the main B&B so can be available if needed but we think you would prefer you take the opportunity to unwind on your own. We have everything. A lovely little town of Ivybridge, stunning Dartmoor walks, the beautiful sandy beach at Bigbury with the art deco Burgh Island. We are 25 minutes from Totnes with its peaceful "alternative" feel A car gives you the most flexibility but we are close to several bus routes and the railway station at Ivybridge. We cannot accept pets or children in the Shepherd's Hut. We provide a welcome breakfast for the first morning of your stay.
