This double storey house offers 4 bedrooms (3 double and 2 single beds) for up to 8 persons, 3 bathrooms, a tastefully decorated, spacious open plan living room with comfortable furniture, a built-in barbeque (braai)/fireplace and dining area. The living room leads out onto the sea facing veranda where you can listen to the sound of the ocean, smell the salty ocean air and relax with a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen and scullery has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine is available in the garage. The TV corner with DSTV included can keep the children busy or entertain the men with various sport channels. WiFi is also available. The house is located within one minute walking distance to the rocky seashore, less than 15 minutes to the mountain if you like hiking, and it won’t take you longer than five minutes to drive to the main beach, lagoon, main shopping centre and golf course. Harbour Road with its interesting little shops and restaurants is within 10 minutes walking distance from the house. There are also some lovely vineyards in the area which offer wine tasting and good food. Hermanus is only 35 km away, while the Harold Porter Botanical Garden and penguin colony at Stony Point in Betty’s Bay is less than 15 km from Kleinmond. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the house, please. Minimum 10 nights between mid-Dec and mid-Jan and 2 nights minimum between mid-January to November. The home has easy accessibility, with 2 off-street parking bays and a lock-up double garage. Guests have access to the entire house and facilities. Guests will be received by the owner's representative agent (Tom of Holidayscape) and keys will be handed over. The home is standalone, so if further interaction is required the agent will be contactable via telephone or email. Cleaning services must be organised prior to your stay at R 250.00 per day. The seafront is walking distance from the house and Kleinmond offers visitors various restaurants, hiking trails, wine routes and near by golf estates. Cape Town International is 97km from Kleinmond and Hermanus 37km. There are some taxi services in Kleinmond, but the most convenient and reliable way of getting around is by car.
