My lovingly furnished apartment is on the 1st Floor of my house built in 2013. It consists of a two-room apartment with a living room with open kitchen, dining area and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. There is also space for a travel cot. The bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity, washing machine u. Dryer (for a fee) can be reached via a hallway. Next to it is a second bedroom with a comfortable wall bed and a multifunctional sofa. This sofa bed with a bed area of 1.45x2.00m offers space for 1 adult or 2 children. You can use the Internet via WLAN in the entire living area. Many board games and books are available to my guests, as well as hiking and cycling maps. Most windows and the patio door are equipped with fly screens. A fan is available on hot summer days and nights. On the large roof terrace you will find a nice "place in the sun". Garden furniture is available. On request, I can provide 2 loungers, which are usually kept protected in the garage. The apartment has a parking space on private land. You are welcome to park your bikes in the garage. E-bikes can also be charged here.
