COMO LAKE, HOUSE WITH A GREAT VIEW!

Independent apartment in Loveno, a small hamlet above Menaggio. Beautiful view of the Lake, mountains and the promontory of Bellagio FREE WI-FI, tv with international channels, dvd reader. Loveno is a hamlet of Menaggio, but it's located 1,5 kilometres from downtown of Menaggio (where there are many shops) 2 restaurants (one with pizza) are located very close to the apartment. A shortcut takes you to the center of Menaggio in 15 minutes The bus stop is just 50 meters from the House. Connects the hamlet Loveno to Menaggio Centre (1, 5 km). where numerous boats and ferries connect all countries bordering the Lake Como. Lugano (Switzerland) and its Lake are easy to reach by car or public transport from the Centre of Menaggio. Near the apartment you can find: playground and picnic pizzeria ristorante villa Vigoni (Park visits) coin laundry Church of 1641 Near the House there are two large free car park I live in Bellagio, which is on the opposite shore of the Lake, in front of Menaggio. I can be available only for communications using airbnb messages or SMS (after booking). My friend Federica helps me with the management of the home, arrivals and departures. Loveno is a hamlet of Menaggio, and it's located 1,5 kilometers from downtown of Menaggio You can reach it on foot by taking a shortcut partly steps, partly road (15-20 min.) Returning back to Loveno the road is uphill, of course. A car is recommended but not essential. Buses are not very frequent, there are few that reach this area. We don't have a private parking, but two free parkings are very close to the house, you can see one of them from the balcony of the house. Arrival is usually from 4pm to 6pm, arrival times can be a bit flexible, we just need to agree on the arrival times, because we live far from the house. Departure time is usually at 10 am.
