The house is made for families. It is in a quiet village with few houses. The nearest mini market is in Maganos(1,5 km). The famous Fiskardo is 4.5km away.You can easily walk the distance in the forest. It is almost fully equipped (for basic cooking and feeling comfortable in general). There is a lot of space outside the house for parking. It is renewed(2018).There is hot water all day long. You can relax on the porch, reading books and you can see Ithaka from across the street in short distance The house if comfortable and the area very quiet. It is the first floor of a 2-flour building(basement and first floor). Both of them have individual entrance and porch. When you walk in the house you see the living room with the TV (smart TV only) and the couches. They have colorful pillows and are very comfortable. You also see the kitchen with new refrigerator and kitchen. It has a table and a lot of cooking- serving equipment. In the background you can find the 2 bedrooms. Each has a double bed. Across the bedrooms there is the bathroom. On the yard you will find sunbeds. You can lye and enjoy the view, the quiet environment and the sun! You can read your book or listen to music and drink a refreshing drink! On your porch you will find a barbecue and the necessary equipment. Guests will have free parking in the driveway. You also have full and exclusive access to the house and the porch. You can share the secondary yard with the house in the basement and the sunbeds. During August I will be available to meet in person. I live in Athens the rest of the year but I will be available all day long. I can help you with tips on where to go, what to see or what you should definitely taste in Kefalonia! You will have your privacy and you can reach out to me whenever you need anything. The house is located in the small village "Katsarata". It can provide you the privacy and quiet you look for in your vacation. The famous Fiscardo is realy close if you need a place for good food, homemade sweets and coffee. The houses are traditional and you can follow the trekking trail outside the house. It can lead you in Fiscardo through the forest. (In the summer you must pay attention for snakes in the woods. But if you are experienced then the pathway will amaze you!) There is air-condition in the livingroom with cold air. You can also find spring quilts for every bed. ***One thing you must have in mind about Kefalonia and most of the islands in Greece is that THE WATER FROM THE TAP IS NOT DRINKABLE because it is from the tank!!!! There is No water network in the northern area of the island***
