Stable Cottage in Hadrian's Wall country

Cosy 1 bedroom stone cottage (single storey) located on a converted farmstead in rural Northumberland. The farm is very close to Vindolanda, Housesteads Roman Fort, the Sill visitors centre and other historical sites. The cottages is one of 5 holiday properties set on a converted Northumbrian farm. Dogs are welcome. We can be contacted by telephone or email during your stay. We live nearby but are not always around. Common House Farm is located in spectacular scenery, close to some of the most significant locations on Hadrian's Wall, including Vindolanda, Housesteads Roman Fort and the Sill. The farm sits in between the Northumberland National Park to the north and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the south. Whilst Hadrian's Wall, the Sill and the Twice Brewed Inn are all within walking distance (depending on how far you like to walk!) a car is recommended
