Very roomy appt. spectacular view

Very roomy appartment with spectacular views of the east part of the city and the river Maas. Close to a tram connection to the central station and the city centre, where all museums and shops are. Three very good restaurants across the street (one holds a Michelin star, other two are close) Nice walk to the centre along the river bank.On walking distance to the Erasmus university. Own car parking. Luxurious kitchen. Two bedrooms available when I am not there, otherwise one, with double bed and own bathroom. The guests have access via public transport to all museums and attractions, like Spido boat trip throught the harbors. Also the watertaxi is a must and starts on walking distance and takes you to any place up or down the river. A breakfast can be supplied for additional cost. I will be in the appartment when I am home and will take care of everything needed. The public transport (tram and bus) stop in front of the appartment building. Subway can easily be reached by one of these or a 12 minute walk. The city centre is 10 minutes by bike.
