Our neighbourhood is very quiet and safe and it is a very well-serviced residential area of the city just a few steps away from supermarkets, chemists, cafés, green areas and parks, The Central Library of Navarre, Hospital Complex of Navarre, University Clinic and University of Navarre. We are very well connected with other parts of the city and the city centre itself. Lines 4 and 19 are only about 150 metres and 25 metres respectively and buses run every 10 minutes.
