Tina`s House is on the fifth floor of an apartment building with elevator, in the centre of the town. It`s equipped with the main accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It accommodates up to 8 guests. Everything was made with attention to details. The holiday home consists of a large living room with sitting room, dining area and glass walls that overlook the balcony; from the living room you have access to the big and fully equipped kitchen and the covered balcony with laundry area. The sleeping area consists of bright, airy and cozy rooms. There is a double bedroom next to the living room. The other bedrooms are at the end of a corridor and they are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with wrought iron beds. Moreover, there are 2 bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower. The seventh bed accommodation is on folding bed. The floor is covered by moquette. Tina`s House is equipped with mosquito nets on doors and windows. Pets are not allowed. The surroundings of Tina`s House in Lecce Tina`s House is an elegant apartment in the centre of Lecce, in an apartment building with elevator. It is possible to park the car by the town square. The apartment building is 300 meters away from the old town centre and 450 meters away from the historic and majestic Porta Rudiae. The train station is 450 meters away. The closest beaches, such as San Cataldo, are 13 kilometers away while the beaches of Porto Cesareo are 26 kilometers away. - Apartment located on the 5th floor. - Carpet on the floor in all rooms. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
