Just outside the popular holiday resort of Pittulongu, in the holiday complex Belvedere, you will find Villetta Nicola, a wonderful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday home has a comfortable living room with characteristic ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can accommodate 6 people. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The highlight of the villa is the fantastic outdoor area, which is equipped with a pool as well as a covered terrace, which invites to dinner together. The large barbecue invites you to prepare meals together in the fresh air. Enjoy the view of the glittering turquoise sea and forget the stress of everyday life. The nearest supermarket is 500m away and a small selection of restaurants are 1 km away and can be reached with a 2-minute drive. The sandy beach Spiaggia di Pittulongu is 1,1 km or 2 minutes by car away. In the low season please inform the landlord 7 days before arrival about the use of the pool. Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request, extra charge of 35€ per stay). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Check-in after 22:30 o'clock is possible for an extra charge of 20 €. A baby cot can be provided for 5€ per night. You can rent a baby cot (5 € per day) and a high chair (2,50 € per day) on site.
