This brand new apartment located on the top floor of a 3 story Victorian townhouse is only a 10 minute walk along the river or through Jesus Green to the historic University town centre. It is beautifully decorated with a brand new cooker, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The open plan living area has a flat screen SMART TV and free high speed internet. If the wide selection of restaurants locally doesn’t tempt you there is a well appointed kitchen. This is a lovely home for business and leisure trip makers alike. The top floor flat is self contained with kitchen, living area, and one bedroom (with en-suite shower and access to toilet through bedroom). It has a double bed with a pocket sprung mattress and with cotton linen and towels. There is a double sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children sharing. There is a child’s cot available upon request. There is also a washer/dryer in the building on request. The city sites are within easy reach to explore. You can find all kinds of pubs, cafés, wine bars, restaurants and boutique shops of interest. There are a number of places to eat on our doorstep. Midsummer House a 2 star michelin restaurant an easy 4 minute stroll and Restaurant 22 - 1 minutes away to name a few! There are an abundance of tourist attractions and museums in Cambridge. The easiest way to explore the city like a local is by bicycle. OFO Bike Sharing is an easy to use bike hire service accessed through a smart phone app. It’s cheap - 50p per hour or £5 per day. There are various other cycle hire shops throughout the city. There is free on street parking nearby however you don’t need a car in Cambridge. The main Cambridge Train Station is a 7 minute taxi ride or 25 minute walk via Parkers Piece and Midsummer Common. There are several trains to London every hour during the day.
