The Space: ​One-bedroom apartment located in the best spot ofthe city right on the broadwalk of Tel Aviv on the famous Ben-Yehuda & Bougrashov street. You will find grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops only minutes away from the apartment. A great fully equipped apartment for an enjoyable stay. Only 3 min walk to the beach ! One bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, and a balcony. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. There are international and local TV channels. In the kitchen there are all the necessary appliances for an enjoyable stay . Your comfort is important to us so we make sure our apartments are equipped with all the necessary appliances you will need while you are away, so we provide: coffee, cleaning supplies, cooking appliances and an iron. Fresh, clean sheets and towels are of course provided. Perfect for family and friends. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. We are happy to assist you with further services as needed. Guest Access: Visitors can do self-check-in from 3:00pm to 00:00am; instruction will be sent once you book with us.We will send you the access details directly to your email or your phone number a few days before your arrival. If you wish, we can be present at the time of your arrival (office hours) You will leave the house at 11:00 am simply by closing the door. WARNING : From Bograshov to Gordon, Benyehuda is closed to cars due to the construction of tram line. The Neighborhood: Bograchov Beach is a 2-minute walk across the beach. You can find many stores; a grocery open 24 / 24H, one of the most famous bakeries in Tel Aviv, cafes and restaurants typically Israeli, Italian, Mexican, Asian ... laundry, car rental, bike, scooter and public pay parking in front of the building. Getting Around: You have bus stops on Ben Yehuda near the building, and will find the big yellow taxi "Monit shirout" that could take you wherever you need in Tel-Aviv. You can also use the city bike or scooters rental to move fast and easy in the city; we recommend a Helmet for your own protection. Other Things to Note: - After each check-out, a team of professional cleaners, clean our apartments for the comfort of our guests. - Please note that if the apartment is returned in a very dirty condition, you will be overcharged. - It is also imperative to return the exact number of towels and bedsheets on the day of check out, each unreturned item will be charged 40 ILS. - A deposit has to be paid before the check in . - None of our apartments can be rented by groups of minors, in order to confirm the identity of our guest, we ask before each check in the picture of passports. -!!!!!!!!!!
