Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks outdoors ONLY.** **GEOGRAPHIC SITUATION:** - After a few steps on the Route de Cannes, you'll be able to walk a few minutes down to the beaches of Golfe-Juan and the neighborhood shops (bakery, newsstand/tobacconist, local supermarket, seaside restaurants...) - And if you want to explore further the region, you'll be able within a few minutes by car, to reach the following points of interest: - The seafront in the town of Juan-Les-Pins, for a change of scenery: less than 6 minutes away. - The fine sand beaches of the famous Palm Beach and Croisette districts in Cannes: less than 7 minutes away. - The city center of Cannes, less than 10 minutes away, to go shopping in the no-less famous shops of Rue d’Antibes or Rue Hoche, or walk the cobblestones in the medieval district of Le Suquet to fill up with souvenirs for the whole family. - The old town part of the city of Antibes, using the meandering seafront roads, in less than 15 minutes. - The main coastal toll-highway, if you want to go further and explore the other picturesque cities along the Riviera: 10 minutes to get on the highway. INFOS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!!** Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our apartments.) IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm and before midnight. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix). And since your satisfaction is our top priority, do not hesitate to contact us during your stay, we will be happy to help you (except after midnight, during our Netflix time, of course).
