Lakeside Lodge in Wyre Forest, Worcestershire

Located above Willow Pool the lodge provides a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle. 2 bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests in single or double beds. For anglers fishing is included in the lodge hire but there are also lots of beautiful walks and cycle trails in the Wyre Forest. 15 mins to West Midlands Safari Park and the market town of Bewdley. Bridgnorth is a 25 minute drive and Ludlow 30 minutes with the Welsh Border approximately one hour away. The lodge stands on it's own so offers peace and quiet. Exclusive use of half a fishing lake with the option to fish on 3 other pools at no extra charge. You have exclusive use of the lodge and are able to come and go as you please. The bedrooms can be made up with double or single beds to suit the guests' needs. Ed and I are always on hand if our guests need assistance but we like to leave them to do their own thing and enjoy their holiday. Quiet rural area. Local pubs provide good food. Indian and Thai restaurants will deliver. Village shop, with Post Office 2 miles away or supermarket between 7 and 10 miles in both directions. Free Wifi is available at the fishery cafe. Due to a planning agreement with our neighbours nearly 30 years ago we do not allow pets on site. Due to the close proximity of deep water our insurance does not allow children under the age of 12yrs to stay in the lodge overnight.
