Self contained gîte in rural setting

This charming property dates back to the 18th century when it was a humble dairy farm. The 2 acre site has well tended gardens with no open water so suitable for young children. This is a very quiet location, with no neighbors, roads or traffic nearby. The gîte comprises of an open-plan kitchen/dinner with living room, and a bathroom with large shower on the ground level. Up the steep stairs is a generous airy family room with plenty of drawer and hanging space. This place is ideal for a holiday as it is centrally located with fantastic beaches, historic towns and attractions close by. The gîte has its own private garden with barbecue We live next door to the gîte, but guests are given complete privacy, although someone will always available for any help and or advise if you need it. We love living here because of the tranquility and access to the local countryside. A car with GPS is recommended for visiting the many attractions we have around us in Brittany. If you require any catering, my son is a professional chef and can provide for any dietary requirements.
