Sophia’s House is situated at the traditional village of Kastellani Mesis just 11km away from the city centre , the harbor and the airport of Corfu. It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable house where visitors can enjoy their stay. It is suitable to accommodate 4 people. Its main bedrooms are spacious and sunny and there is space for 1 more visitor since there is a comfortable sofa in the living room. You can stay for a minimum of 3 days. In the house there are 2 bedrooms. The first one equipped with double king bed and its own veranda /balcony overlooking the beautiful lush green mountain of Ag.Deka. The second one is equipped with two single beds. Also there a living room, (there you can find a sofa and 4 armchairs ) a dining room and a kitchen fully equipped. The house has also got a bathroom with a bath, a cupboard and a hair dryer. Smart TV, A/C and free WI – Fi You can enjoy your breakfast at the living room balcony , overlooking the city of Corfu, the sea and the old fortress. The house is situated in a quite traditional neighbourhood surrounded by different kinds of trees. There also a parking space available. It is the perfect place spot if you want to visit some of the island’s famous beaches which are 4km or 8 minutes away from the house depending where you want to go. You can choose between Agios Gordios, Kontogialos beach , Yialiskari beach or Glyfada. The village is 11km away from the city centre, the airport and the port. It is also 2km away from Aqua land the biggest Aqua park in Balkan States and 4km away from the Achilleion Palace. By just walking 200m away from the house there is a baker, a mini market , traditional cafes where you can eat traditional dishes and a playground. Very close you will find a pharmacy, taverns, pizzerias and others restaurants. If you like walking in the nature, you will have a great time walking among olive trees. You can also rent a car if you want to explore the island and have fun. But if you want to move around the island you can also use the public transport since there is a bus stop 200m away from the house. You can visit the city, the airport and the beautiful beaches by bus. Taxi services are also available. You can come and stay at the house without someone expecting you at the house.
