"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking. The apartment is fully renovated, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. It consists of: - A bright and spacious living room, with a big couch, dinning area, TV, lovely artwork and books - 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), with wardrobes, both with view - A kitchen, brand new and fully equipped with oven, hot plate, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine. - A new bathroom - A large balcony with a beautiful view The apartment has all the amenities you need, full central heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, internet and work/desk space. It is soundproof. Bed linen and towels are provided. Dishes, cups, pans, pots, clothes iron and hair dryer are also at your disposal. Volos is the capital of Magnegia, an area with a very long history from the stone age (Dimini and Sesklo) until nowadays. You can visit the villages of the mount Pelion, enjoy winter sports, and also, during summer, enjoy the sea water in the Golf of Pagasitikos and in the Aegean sea. Volos is connected by boat with the islands of Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonisos. The main terminals (train and bus) are in a short distance from the apartment.
