Ascot Convenient Room, Quiet, Near Perth Airport

Located Close to the Domestic Airport, only short drive to the Crown Casino, Ascot Racecourse, 12km to the City of Perth as well as walking distance to the beautiful Swan River & local parks. You will share the place with me, my husband Can and other guests in a warm sweet home, either for short or long stay. We live in a 4x2 house, with large living room, kitchen and dining area. 10m away from our house, there is a nice spacious park (green most of the year)so if you like walking and nature, you will love this. Also, an easy 5mins walk through the park will get you to the riverside, a beautiful location for picnics and barbeques, fishing or just to admire the beauty of nature. Although we are close to the airport, noise isn't a problem due to the layout of the runways planes are not taking off and landing in the direction of our house and we are not under the flight path. Guests have access to their own room (Room C) , Double bed, built in robe. During your stay, apart from your room, you are welcome to use other common spaces as well: lounge, kitchen, dining room, Parking is available in front of the house during your stay. Though we share the house with you, we respect your privacy. We can either interact with you as much as you refer or as private as you want too. Guest check in after 10pm, please advice and we will send you the detail for self check in on the day of your arrival. My neighbours on both sides and the front are very friendly, quiet and nice. You can take a stroll down to the river in just 5mins walk across Garvey Park. Many water festival or local community events are held here, quite fun yet relaxing. Otherwise, fishing by the river is another thing to do. Uber X is relatively cheap. We are also close to Guildford and the swan valley where you can go on great wine tastings and experience the food journey of the south west of Australia. The bus stop for the bus into the city is just 200m from our house and takes about 25 minutes to get into the CBD. The bus runs regularly throughout the day. Airport pick up and drop off is available at $10 per turn for T3, T4, and $20 per turn for T1, T2 should you need it (Not available between 10pm to 6am) Other time, Subject to availability. advance booking is required.
