The blue house

The ground floor apartment consists of entrance hall, living room with a sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing machine and a small courtyard. The apartment is located in a small central building, at walking distance from the lake (50mt), the public garden, the children playground and from the beach, equipped with a swimming pool. A supermarket and a bakery are just in front of the house. Bellano historic center, the train station and the ferry dock are also only 5 minutes away. The ferry connects Bellano with the other towns on the lake, while Milan, Lecco and Valtellina are easily reachable with the train. Large public parking places are available in close proximity to the apartment. Please note that a tourist tax of 1 € per night per person will be charged to guests staying in the house from the 1st of March to 30th of September. The amount has to be paid cash during the check-in.
