Brand new home away from home.

Brand new comfortable static caravan for 4 people, private bathroom and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen which make it feel very homely. The caravan is sited in a safe gated area with access close by to all necessary amenities. The park is located in beautiful pictures area close to an award-winning beach just 5 miles away, loads of sights to see and things to do for everyone in the family. The caravan is new and very comfortable when you come through the main side door you are into the dining room and kitchen area. This area has a dining room table and 4 chairs, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking requirements. Leaving the kitchen area to the left is the lounge area, It provides all the requirements for a lazy day, watching T.V and chilling out. The 49-inch smart T.V connects directly to the free wifi in the caravan and can be used to access all online T.V channels. The lounge is fully carpeted and has a pull out sofa bed which is very comfortable to sleep on and 2 small chairs. There are board games available as well, and no boredom will loom in this space. Double opening doors are leading out of the lounge onto the front of the caravan which can be opened for maximum airflow and sunshine, in case it gets chilly an electric fireplace heater may be turned on. Moving along, you enter the carpeted hallway, there is a bathroom with a shower on the right-hand side, the left-hand is the bedroom with 2 very comfortable and cozy single beds. There is a space to place all your item in the cupboards. The main bedroom has a huge space with a very cozy bed, and loads of cupboards, this fully carpeted area will make your nights sleep a dream. All in all this new caravan meets all the needs of a home away from home... This is also our second home, and you are very welcome to stay, but please do treat it with due care and respect as breakages or damage may lead to retention of the security deposit. You will have access to the entire caravan, all item inside the caravan is for your comfort. All guests staying are welcome to use all holiday park amenities which included a clubhouse, swimming pool,Water walking in the pool with in a ball, Segway tours, Rock climbing wall and arcade entertainment- GameZone at your expense. The day pass for the pool is £5 for adults and £3 for children.All other activities are pay per go and are £3. The caravan is set inside a gated area which is very exclusive and safe. It has a huge garden area outside and a car parking space. The front entrance of the gated community has a local pub which has lovely food - just 2 mins walking distance from the caravan. You can access the beachfront area via the seawall within 3 mins, and if kids entertainment is needed then a short walk to the main park clubhouse which has a pub, entertainment area, and a restaurant. The local area is quiet, safe, and meets all the needed for a lovely getaway. A short drive can find you in a zoo, an amusement park or the famous light railway service (RH&DR). One car can be parked outside the caravan or in the parking lot by the Pub. Nearest mainline train station to London is at Sandling areas. A bus service regularly runs through Hythe and Dymchurch areas. Motorway access at junction 11 to M20. Close to Dover and Channel Tunnel terminal at Folkestone. Wifi is available inside caravan free of charge. Our smart TV can be to access Netflix, NowTv, Rakuten and more at your expense. The caravan is provided with one private parking; an extra car can be parked outside the gate just nearby the Pub.
