The Manse cottage (Was the home of a Christian minister) is a lovely two bedroom late Georgian home in the Western Fells in the delightful village of Great Broughton. Free Wi-Fi is available. It has one double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom that accommodates 4 adults comfortably making it a perfect retreat. This is a very cosy cottage and is ideal for holidays and getaway breaks. The home is beautifully furnished and it has its own dedicated parking space right in front. Walking and easy riverside rambles are possible from the front door. The village of Great Broughton is located on the river Derwent that flows from Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite lakes. The cottage is ideally located equally close to both the seaside (The Solway firth) and the Western fells. The village has a post office/ general store and has 3 pubs and a restaurant for bar meals at the Broughton Craggs Hotel . Your holiday from beginning to end is of the utmost importance to us and with this in mind a complete check is made before your arrival.
