Nearer to 'home' is the pretty beach at Bucks Mills, and just 5 mins away by car is the much sought after fishing village of Clovelly, with its cobbled streets and cottages tumbling down to a picturesque harbour. Close by, you will find the delightful village of Hartland boasts an array of amenities, Hartland Abbey and a visit to The Quay is a must for an 'end of the world' experience. In the other direction Westward Ho! offers three miles of golden sandy beach making it the ultimate day out. Local family attractions include the fantastic Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep Theme Park. For those with green fingers there are numerous Devon gardens to visit, from little villages to the wonderful RHS Rosemoor! The cottage is perfectly situated between Bideford and Bude. Buses to Bideford and Barnstaple or Bude in the other direction, a short walk away at Bucks Cross. Numerous country lanes to nearby villages for those who enjoy exploring by car. The South West Coast Path with its stunning views is a mere 10-minute drive away. COVID19 The safety of our guests is our highest priority.
