Charming Holiday Home

Our home is very light, open and oriented to outdoor living and entertainment. We have great views from almost everywhere and we offer guests a private and relaxed beach house environment. Our home is perfectly suited to families who wish to relax and enjoy the area. The heart of our home is our large kitchen, dining and outdoor living area. Our home can easily accommodate 6 to 8 people in comfort. We are well located and you will love holidaying here. We offer guests a comfortable and relaxed space to enjoy their holiday. We have three bedrooms (one with a three quarter bed, one with a double bed and the main room with queen size bed, large TV, walk-in cupboard and en suite bathroom with bath, basin and toilet), there is a second bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, a lounge area with large TV and a comfortable workspace - all upstairs. We offer high speed wifi and internet access. We offer Netflix and Showmax. Downstairs we have a lounge with TV, bedroom (with double bed) and bathroom (shower, basin and toilet), fully equipped large open plan kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, three fridges including Coca Cola drinks fridge, bar fridge and fridge freezer, microwave, kettles, toasters etc, scullery with dish washer, dining room for 10 downstairs, with an enclosed patio and barbecue area to entertain. We have plenty of outdoor entertainment space, a sparkling pool and a large garden with ample parking. Our home offers great views from every room. Guests have access to all areas of the house with the exception of the garage. We will be available upon arrival to explain whatever is required, thereafter we will provide access to someone to assist the guests for any further help. Our gardener will be working and if required the guests can make use of our domestic worker. We will ensure that our neighbours and family are always available to assist if required. The neighbourhood is quiet, we have a great relationship with our neighbours on both sides, there are three great local pubs and loads of places to eat, there are two wonderful markets within walking distance every week (Wednesday and Thursday nights), there are three golf courses nearby, beaches, horseriding, nature trails, mountain biking, surfing and plenty of places of interest all nearby. There are shopping malls, a medical centre and clinic, and every thing that guests will require. Our neighbourhood is safe, beautiful and close to everything. There is access to Uber, a great local taxi service (Noordhoek Taxis) and guests can walk down to the pub, restaurants and markets. There is very little by way of public transport such as bus or train service nearby, however access to these routes will have to be via Uber or other similar service. Our garden, entertainment and pool area is private and comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet and close to all amenities. We have great restaurants, pubs, beaches, nature trails, golf courses and shops all within a short walk or drive from our home. We are close to everything that guests require, but it still feels like you are out in the country. You are able to roam mountain trails, enjoy spectacular sunsets and sunrises, walk the beaches and enjoy the unparalleled beauty of this region from our home. We are sure you will want to return time and time again.
