Overlooking the highly rated golf resort complex which is now under new ownership, this self contained luxury retreat has 2 bedrooms upstairs each with its own en-suite and a separate powder room down stairs. Each bedroom has king split posturepaedic ensembles and a sumptuous latex mattress sofa bed in the lounge ottoman giving flexibility in catering for couples, families and golf groups .Linen and amenities are provided for all beds. BYO pool towels. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PRIVATE VILLA OWNERS POOL IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS. It has a sunny living area leading onto a large deck with an 8 setting table and chairs, BBQ and an outdoor heater for the cooler nights in the Hunter Valley. Please note that the fireplace is not supplied with fuel. The kitchen is fully equipped with every necessity for modern day living and the lounge has a large screen Smart TV and Austar facilities and DVD player.
