Guests are responsible for their pets at all times , and pets are not allowed to stay at the property unattended When staying at Fairview please be respectful to the neighbors keep noise levels down and use of the hot tub to be stopped at 10 pm and garden area not used after 11pm , if there is any problems with noise level or behaviour levels after these times guests will be asked to leave and their booking cancelled without refund Cental location Local bus stop opposite into town but its just a short walk away that includes main bus depot and rail station. A470 and A465 a min drive away. No parties or events as this a quiet area.
