Madora Bay Beach House

Two storey spacious house available for hire. Please note we prefer guests over the age of 25. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom is perfect for two families. It is 100m from the swimming and fishing beach. You can enjoy ocean views from the balcony and complementary bikes are available to cycle to Mandurah using the cycle path. The house has two large living rooms and a large screen TV. No bed linen or towels are included in your stay, if need please ask for a quote. There is a $105 cleaning fee. DOWNSTAIRS Master bedroom - a large room with en suite, bedside tables, lamps and ceiling fans. Bedroom two - One king single and one single bed. Kitchen/Dining - fully equipped area with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee pod machine and large dining table. Lounge room - large room with reverse cycle air conditioner, large TV, shelf containing assorted games and cupboard with jigsaws. Laundry - includes a washing machine and a separate room with shower and toilet. OUTSIDE A large area that includes paving with a barbecue, reticulated lawn and garden. Also includes a hot/cold outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach before entering the house. UPSTAIRS Bedroom three - Queen size bed with bedside tables, lamp and a ceiling fan. Bedroom four - Double bed with bedside table and ceiling fan. Bedroom five - Two single beds and ceiling fans. Bathroom - Small bathtub and separate shower. Toilet - Separate toilet. Family/Games room - One large area with soccer table and lounge chairs. Balcony - Outside under main roof with ocean views. Table and chairs. Access is via internal staircas or external spiral staircase. I will be available on call for the duration of your stay. Madora Bay is a residential area right on the beach. It is located just 1.3 km from the newly developed Lakelands shopping center. This center includes a Kmart, Aldi, Coles, news agency, bakery, liquor store, coffee shops, health care and fast food restaurants. Nearby in Meadow springs there is a world class golf course. Mandurah City Center is only 8 kms away along the beachfront bicycle path or via the main road. Here you will find excellent restaurants, cafe strips, souvenir stores and dolphin cruises. Further south is the Dawesville Cut with access to the Peel Inlet and its excellent crabbing, fishing and boating amenities. From Perth CBD, you can get the train to Mandurah and transfer to a bus to Madora Bay. Please no Leavers or under 25's. No animals allowed.
