Hi. My name is Eleonora. I live in this beautiful part of Italy and my family have built this contemporary 2 bed/2 bath villa close to our own home village of Colonno. I have in depth knowledge of Colonno and lake Como and can help you enjoy a wonderful holiday giving you lots of guidance of places to go and visit, restaurants, shopping and all the local lake activities. Cleaning charges are excluted for the total ammount . The price is 150€ for the final cleaning. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with stunning lake views and shared swimming pool. The villa is a very stylish property with a lot of care and attention paid to the decor making it the ideal place to explore this most stylish destination. From the fully air conditioned villa to the heated swimming pool by solar pannels, from the terraced garden to the modern interior, every detail has been though out with the holidaymaker in mind. The open plan kitchen has everything you need, dishwasher, quality kitchen ware, new appliances and a large table for dining. The upper floor has the large living room and kitchen area with direct access to the upper terrace with dining and BBQ area and views over the pool and lake. The master bedroom is located on the lower garden level and has direct access to a furnished terrace and onto the garden and swimming pool area and has wonderful views of the lake. The second bedroom is also on the entrance level and this has its own bathroom, fully fitted with quality finishes. Both bedrooms have double beds, crisp white linen and contemporary furnishings.The bathrooms are all tastefully designed using the best in Italian bathroom ware. The large dining table on the terrace will accommodate all of your family for your meals which will be prepared in a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen and the views from the dining table will provide the perfect back drop to lazy lunches and long after dinner conversations late into the night where you can relive all of your days activities. The living room has a large l shaped sofa. Large LCD Smart Internet TV and free WiFi is available throughout the house and outside spaces. This property really has it all. The guest can be use all the villa . Unfortunately the location is wheelchair Inaccessible. There are several steps to rise the villa and if you aren't used to walk it is better to travel with small bags and read. For the short period (two days) the pool and the barbecue area could be private, for others period pool and barbecue area aren't private but in common with the onwers. The villa is close to the owner's house and we have two cats, that go around in the garden. If there are people allergic to cat hair, it's not possible to rent. The main garage door is 2 metres high. Therefore you cannot access to drive higher than this. I can be available in case of need or information respecting the rules and good manners.
