Welcome to the Mews, Benmore House. The Mews is a converted Coachhouse with two bedrooms (both ensuite), a fully fitted kitchen, utility room, dining/living room with open gas fire. ** Suitable for CHILDREN 7 and over ** It is set in a gated courtyard of an 1850 Victorian house in mature gardens, overlooking Cork Harbour, 10 minutes walk from the historic and beautiful seaside town of Cobh. We have minimum stay of 2 nights and offer a 1O% Discount for a seven night stay. The Mews is in a private courtyard, overlooking mature gardens. It has outdoor garden furniture and a BBQ. Set back from the main road in peaceful settings, it is just a 10 minute seaside walk from the town centre. Cobh is full of old world Victorian charm overlooking the second largest natural harbour in the world. It is home to the Titanic Centre, Cobh Heritage Centre, Spike Island (which won European leading Tourist Attraction at the 2017 World Travel Awards). Our town is well serviced by rail and bus to Cork City, 20 minutes away. Scenic West Cork is 90 minutes drive away. Fota Wildlife Park is approximately 10 minutes drive from Cobh and there are 3 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drive. Benmore is my family home but you are free to enjoy the gardens, just please respect them. The Mews only sleeps 4 people, and does not have any extra accommodation. As it is newly renovated we would appreciate if it was returned as clean and tidy as you received it. Many thanks. Mary. The Mews is situated on the main road to Cobh, in the residential Area of Rushbrooke, a few mins drive from the town centre, or a 10 minute seaside walk. Cobh is a Heritage Town built on a steep hill, with the tips of her toes in the ocean. St Colmans Cathedral stands in pride of place overlooking the magnificent Cork Harbour. Benmore House is set off the main road to Cobh on three quarters of an acre of mature gardens just a short walk to the centre of Cobh town. Cobh is well serviced by a rail and bus service to Cork City. Directions from Cork Airport, by car: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Directions from Cork city, by train: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Directions from Ringaskiddy ferry terminal, via Cross River Ferry: (Website hidden by Airbnb) and then (Website hidden by Airbnb) I will be available to greet guests, as the Mews is in the grounds of my home. I am very happy to be of help with any questions that you may have while on holiday in our beautiful town.
