Cozy 2BR Guest Section near Chadstone

Our recently refurbished 2 BR guest section is conveniently located in the quiet suburb of Malvern East. An easy 10-minute walk takes you to East Malvern train station, which will take you to the heart of the CBD in 20 minutes. You can easily walk to Chadstone Shopping Center, the largest mall complex in the Southern Hemisphere. Our place is beautifully decorated, with the stylish, tasty décor of a mid-century sweet home. It's suitable for families with children, holiday, & business travelers. You will enter the house via a well-lit patio. There is an open fireplace in the lounge, perfect for a cold and wet winter night. Or if you prefer the easy way, the heater in the house warms you within minutes. The kitchenette has everything you need for a simple meal. There is a washer, too, should you need to do a quick load of laundry. TV and Wifi are, of course, provided. There are two bedrooms in the house. Bedroom one has two single beds and a sofa bed. Bedroom two has a very comfortable queen bed. Built-in robes are in both rooms for ease of stay. The large bathroom has everything you need for a relaxing and refreshing stay. *PLEASE NOTE* This listing is for the front guest section of the house only. The back section is unavailable when booking for the front and vice versa. We respect your privacy and would leave you to the entire space. However, we are always just a call or a message away if you need any assistance. When you arrive, you’ll see that the street, though busy in the day time, is quiet and family-friendly at night. Please be mindful of the neighbours and don’t play loud music at night. Australia’s largest mall Chadstone Shopping Centre is an easy 10-minute stroll away. It has many dining options, and you can buy almost anything. Late night shopping (until 9 pm) is on Thursdays and Fridays and Saturdays; however, the supermarkets and cinema are open until later. There are sometimes events, and they have special shopping offers for tourists. Within short walking distance are parks, an oval, a public library, 24 hour McDonald’s, and across the block is a gas station/convenience store. 2 train stations are also within 10 minutes walk. However, you may find the major bus interchange at Chadstone more convenient to connect you to the public transport system. *Parking* Parking is available in the gravelled section on the front yard. Please take care when parking to avoid damaging your car or the garden beds. *Council Bin Collection* Bins need to be put out onto the nature strip every Thursday night for collection. The small green bin is for general waste, the large red bin is for garden waste and cuttings, and the large blue bin is for recycling. The recycling and garden waste bins alternate per week. If you are unsure which bins to put out, check what the neighbours have done, or simply put all three bins out. *Excess Mess* Please ensure that there is no excessive mess left behind after your stay. Excessive mess will incur additional cleaning fees, determined at our discretion.
