Take time to refresh and relax. There are two guest bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. You have your own guest entrance steps away from ample parking for a boat, trailer or caravan, which leads you into a beautiful ensuite bedroom with TV, heat pump/air conditioning, unlimited WIFI, built in wardrobe, shared guest kitchen/laundry. With great continental self serve breakfast supplies, a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric frypan, rice/slow cooker, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board you can be as self sufficient as you like. Outside enjoy a patio, BBQ, mature garden of trees, bordered by a small creek, all in a semi-rural setting with organic figs, walnuts and citrus fruits to enjoy when in season. Besides your own private secure bedroom area , the guest kitchen is handy for snacks, drinks and meals. There are books and games which you are welcome to use. Please make yourself at home. We are happy to share local knowledge or assist with your travel plans, and have plenty of brochures for you to browse. We live in the semi-rural suburb of Springlands, very close to shops -- the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, post office, restaurant is within a 10 minute walk. It’s only a 25 minute stroll to town along the beautiful Taylor River or a short car ride to the CBD, the railway station and to the airport. The region's many other attractions are also very accessible ... that's why we love living here! It's best to have your own transport to make the most of the stunning surrounds, although many tour companies will be happy to pick you up and drop you back at the house.
