Kooky kitch retro divine chilled summer pad. Come here to have a safe homelike base while you explore the city of Melbourne :) Listed heritage house. Possibly haunted..? but my cat keeps the ghosties at bay ;) This is an older 3bm house with italiano vibe wallpaper and one of those retro ironing boards in the cupboard that slide out, haha, very cool. We provide the basics such as salt n pepper, herbs n spices, tea & sugar, some condiments (which will be left out) flour for baking and loo paper but please BYO coffee, personal bathroom products and food and we just ask that you please clean up after yourself, common sense stuff really ;) There will be pantry space in the kitchen allocated for you as well as a shelf in our large refrigerator I'm well into trinkets and have things I've collected from my travels abroad all over the house so there's lots of interesting things to look at, or so I'm told It's a share house style, very relaxed and non judgemental where you're free to do your own thing, the only rule is no heavy drug users please. 4.20 is fine. Smoking outside. If you choose to stay longer there's plenty of storage space in the shed outside and OSP. Alternative/electronic music lovers will love it, as will creative types, animal lovers & open minded peeps (for eg I do tarot readings in my spare time & am into astrology, runes & am a kinesiologist) speaking of music we don't have it on while people are sleeping, usually not past 10pm or before midday & it's kept at a level not to disturb others and expect same respect please. Feel free to come meet us before committing if u can, if u can't then I trust I've been descriptive enough to attract the right people and we look forward to meeting you! Namaste! Kitchen. Bathroom. Toilet. Nice backyard with fruit trees and a family of magpie birds who sing to us :) Front porch 'zen zone' area for smokers or just to read a book and watch the world go by.. Servo next door shuts at 10pm Cat is called Pringle, shes a 16 month old half maine coon rescue <3 As much or as little as required on both parts :) Peaceful with a lovely little group of shops a 1-2 min stroll away, including a Crust pizza shop, fish n chips, IGA, Bakers Delight, news agency, Thai Food, Noodle Box, milk bar, post office, chemist, Drs and more all in walking distance! And a beautiful big park directly across the Rd with swing sets etc Train station is a 1 min walk with busses to local supermarkets too. I work from home in the lounge (making music and online work) We are very easy going people but it's also not a party house. The room available is pictured with a King size bed, pretty pix of nature & faeries :) also a rug, comfy retro rotating chair and plenty of built in wardrobe space. Tree's outside your window make a lovely green scene :) Pringle the rescue cat likes a little pat but not to be picked up so be sure to say hi to her when you see her and she might even talk back.. ;)
