TV with cable, chest of drawers, spacious wardrobe and stool. Twinbed (1,60 x 2 m) with sky view. Electric shutter. Read a good book on the couch or enjoy some German TV series. You may take advantage of my library. Carpet on the floor. Non-smoking room! You may smoke on the terrace or in front of the house. In the bathroom you will find a shower, towels, a fluffy bathrobe and essential things you might need during your stay, like shampoo, shower gel, lotion etc. Relax after an exhausting day! As the house is spread over 3 levels, there is enough privacy for everyone. Enjoy a cup of coffee/ tea in the kitchen and the dining room or sit on the beautiful terrace with garden. There is a free private parking lot on the property in front of the house (which is rather seldom in these days)! You can either park your bike at the fence in front of the house or on the terrace behind the house. If you have any questions during your stay, feel free to ask. It takes 10 minutes to Koblenz by car. famous sights: Burg Lahneck (Lahnstein) Marksburg (Braubach) Deutsches Eck, Festung Ehrenbreitstein with cable car, Schloss Stolzenfels (Koblenz) Next bus stop ("St. Martinssiedlung") in about 30meter distance, just around the corner. The bus is 570 and takes about 35 min. to Koblenz main station. The next train station (Lahnstein Oberlahnstein) is in 15 minutes walking distance. The train takes only 9 min. to Koblenz main trainstation (Koblenz Hbf), 12 min. to Koblenz-central (Koblenz-Stadtmitte) Free water, coffee and tea!
