Your quaint Studio is located above the garage and provides an excellent view of the property and gorgeous sunsets. It is tastefully appointed with your comfort, relaxation, and enjoyment in mind. It is detached from the house, your privacy is complete. Perfect for the traveling business professional, student, artist, or cozy getaway for two. Only minutes from town and the airport, Peace, Seclusion, and Nature surround you the moment you pull into our driveway. Our home is located on eight acres and set back off of the road. Deer and antelope frequently pass through to drink from our pond or help themselves to the variety of fruits growing on our place. You'll have full access to take walks through the property, explore down by the pond. You may also enjoy either the Patio and BBQ located at your entrance or just enjoy a beverage out on the Veranda up front. The main yard is fenced. If you are bringing a pet along, it will be welcome to play and explore this area freely along with our dogs. We are often away on travel, howeverwhen we are home, we are open to your company or happy to help with any special requests you may have. Our quiet and friendly community consists of properties ranging from two to ten acre mini farm estates. Most all neighbors know each other and lend a hand when the other is in need. A truly wonderful place to live. We are about four miles out of town. You will need an automobile. If you're traveling here in winter months, please be aware that it can be very cold with heavy snow at any given time. Please be prepared. Although we are located in the county, our community is governed by certain policies....please observe the posted speed limits at all times. We don't allow smoking indoors, but you may smoke at the patio areas. Please do NOT throw cigarettes on the ground and police up your ashtrays.
