Get away from it all! Beautiful location with absolutely stunning sea views.. and sunsets. Great secluded privacy and country side. Beach walks and friendly local people. Morawel is cosy in the winter and airy and sunny in the summer. Come and enjoy! So Beautiful! So private! so open in the day time, so cosy at night. The views you cannot imagine! There is a double room en-suite room with a victorian style roll-top bath. Also a twin room and even a double dofa bed, so 6 can stay. We have a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and a round dining table with six chairs. There is a lovely woodburning stove and also electric radiators and wall mounted fan heaters in the bathrooms. The shower is really good! There are lovely walks along a beautiful beach. The famous Ty Coch pub is a 10 min drive away or about an hour and a half walk around the beach and headland. Be careful of the tides. You will be completely self contained and very private as not overlooked. Call us if you have any problems. Fran (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Our wonderful manageress Tracey (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) is nearby to help in an emergency and clean after you, who is there if you need anything. We would welcome a chat on the phone with you before you book to answer any questions you have. The breath taking views! The uninterrupted sunset views! The Wickwar mountains in Ireland can be seen on very clear days and sometimes silhouetted in front of the sunset. There is very little light pollution so the stars are AMAZING. Beautiful walks and beaches. The third-best-beach-bar-in-the-world 'Ty Coch' makes a wonderful lunch stop on your beach walk, in which you can visit the new life boat station, fantastic golf course and possibly spot seals or even dolphins. Aberdaron is half an hour away and well worth a visit. Ask the locals for special events happening at your time of year. Very close to Mt Snowden. The locals are really friendly and helpful. The relative remoteness makes everyone look out for each other and welcome holiday makers. Best to have your own transport. Nearest railway station is at Pwllheli 15mins drive away. There are buses approx half hourly. Best check for your dates of travel. It is a popular place for very fit cyclists. The access by car up the lane is steep and narrow, but you can make it! Once you arrive, the 'WOW' that you will utter and the complete seclusion will make the journey completely worth it. Your well-behaved dog is most welcome but the garden is NOT dog proof.. dogs can easily escape into the neighbouring fields. The WIFI signal is really good. Most phone networks can get reception. The sloping garden you have to walk down and some old out-buildings make it inadvisable for disabled people or very young children unless supervised in the garden. Please also note the decking has no edge to it so please make sure young children are supervised at all times. Please be advised that Terry our gardener does occasionally need to cut the grass whilst guests are at Morawel. He is very considerate and won't start too early in the morning, but during high season there is no unoccupied time for him to do the garden. Say 'Hi' from us and he loves a cup of tea. White, no sugar! Whilst we have Sky broadband, which serves us well most of the time, I cannot take responsibility for any loss of service due to Sky or BT, but I will do what I can to help if it goes down. I can provide the telephone number and all details to talk to Sky between 7am and 11pm. If there is a problem, please call me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
