Pretty Cottage in central Chagford

Rock Cottage is a special place to stay - a self-contained, centrally heated one bedroom cottage in Chagford just off the square close to great places to eat and shop.Tea,coffee,biscuits,cereals,bread,jams and milk are available. Its owned by Pam and Bob who decided to live here 15 years ago. Pam also runs a boutique in the square where the residents of Rock Cottage can get 10% discount. The cottage has recently had a contemporary make-over so that it is clean, fresh and comfortable! There is a stylish lounge with beautiful mirrors and lighting. It has a a small kitchen area with a fridge, AEG freestanding cooker with ceramic hob,microwave, toaster & kettle within the lounge area. There is a table and chairs plus a studio couch which acts as a second bed. Upstairs there is a delightfully furnished bedroom with double bed, slimline TV and WIFI with a lovely shower room en-suite with towels and personal toiletries for your use. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom with drawers. The outside sitting area has a table and two chairs. You will enter the cottage from your own front door which is attached to the side of our home. I like to offer my guests privacy whilst they stay but I am only next door if you need my help with anything. We are situated in the delightful stannery town of Chagford, which is the gateway to Dartmoor National Park where you can take magnificent walks straight from your door. You can also fish and find horse riding to occupy you. Chagford has wonderful places to eat. It has many character pubs that offer dining as well several restaurants. You will also find many individual shops including my own Casa Magnolia. The nearest station is Exeter, which is 25 miles away and you can get public transport from there.
