Gite Du St Martin.

Set in a quiet area of rural France in a small commune, yet within an hour of Limoges airport and just over two hours from Bordeaux. Two hours from the west coast resorts of Arcachon, La Rochelle and La Palmyre. A completely self contained gite with a garden, patio and plunge pool. Light and airy and fully equipped, you have the place totally to yourself. Lots of areas to visit and things to do. Walking ,cycling, canoeing and fishing. Plenty of local markets and other attractions to visit. A nice quiet fully equipped private space to relax in. In the Charente region of France, very rural & very peaceful. all of the rooms are totally seperate from my living area. I will be available to greet you on arrival. After that I will leave you to yourselves unless you need to discuss anything at all. A small commune typical of rural France. Very quiet & peaceful. The nearest town is Confolens which is about 14kms away. Nearest large town is St Junien, about 35 minutes away. Also close to the Val de Vienne racetrack for historic racing, cars and bikes. A celebration of Ferrari is held each year. Very limited public transport. Private parking is available on site for free and there is an electric car charging point about 100 metres from the house.
