My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. My place is good for families (with kids) and big groups. Main house beautifully renovated. Property sleeps 15 with 3 separate living quarters Sea views and short walk to beach Almost fully fenced, good sized yard Beautifully renovated main house. Enjoy sea views from large deck. Stroll to gorgeous Omaha beach in minutes. Room for lots of loved ones, but plenty of options for privacy. Big screen TV, Sky digital and Netflix included. Dishwasher and microwave. 3 fridge-freezers, including large French door with iced water. 4 bathrooms (including master ensuite) with showers. 1 bath. BBQ. Stroll to surf club, shops and park in minutes. WIFI. Netflix. Special conditions: Pets not allowed. No smoking on property. Owners boat kept to side of driveway, outside gate, in front of garage-style storage. Not available for tenants to use and no cars to be parked blocking it please as owner may come up and use boat (often resulting in fresh fish for tenants!).
