Large and cozy three-room apartment, with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the beautiful town of Iseo, the apartment is located on the first floor (18 steps) inside an intimate and reserved courtyard but at the same time a two-minute walk from the center of the village and the main services. Guests are welcomed in a large and bright living room with ornamental fireplace, divided into a dining room, with large table and chairs, with separate kitchen fully equipped with appliances and dishes, a living area with double white leather sofa, furniture, TV and wi.fi. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room. Going up the internal staircase (15 steps), you reach the sleeping area, air-conditioned, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main room has a double bed, large wardrobe, french door with access to one of the two balconies furnished with a small table and chairs. The second room has three single beds, a bedside table with abat-jour and a large built-in wardrobe with chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with all sanitary ware, cabinet with mirror and large bathtub. Available to guests, both on the first floor (living area and kitchen), and on the second floor (sleeping areas), there are two loggias transformed into a relaxation area equipped with table and chairs. Parking: the Property has a covered and underground parking space about 500 meters away at a cost of Euro 5 per night. Pets: allowed subject to authorization of the property at a cost of Euro 30 per stay.
