Wonderful riverside bar & restaurant 5 minutes walk away. River offers watersports (sailing, water skiing, canoeing etc.) Teignmouth & Torquay only a few miles further. Comes complete with all essentials for kids, cots, high chair, star gates etc. Really cosy, characterful and open plan. Under floor heating We live in the house next door It's Great! You need a car.
