Sinissippi Butternut Bungalow, a delightful cottage located on the beautiful 2800 acre Lake Sinissippi. Great location in Dodge County, less than an hour from Madison or Milwaukee and about 2-1/2 hours from the city of Chicago. Private dock, pedal boat, kayaks, & parking... Two rooms - The carpeted bedroom/living room has one queen size bed with a sitting area. Plus, eat-in kitchen and one full bath. 600 sq. ft. bungalow is the perfect get-away for singles or couples! Sinissippi Butternut Bungalow is the perfect get-away space for two. When you enter through the front door there is a small vestibule. Turn to the left and you've entered the sleeping/sitting area with TV and DVD player, desk, 2 accent chairs and built-in armoire and dresser. Turn to the right and you're in the kitchen area. Here you'll find a table with 4 chairs, full-size fridge, microwave, apartment size 4-burner gas stove and coffee maker. The bathroom with shower stall is accessed from the kitchen. Other things to note There is a binder in the bungalow filled with everything from the wi-fi password to the sights and sounds of the area. There are also brochures on the desk and we leave a map of the lake on your Welcome Tray. Owner is within 10 minutes of the property if anything is needed to make your stay more enjoyable. Sinissippi Lake Life is very peaceful. You may want to enjoy a few restaurants in Hustisford or Juneau. Guests have access to the private dock and fire pit, as well as the surrounding yard. There are life jackets in the available for use with the pedal boat, included in your rental. Guests may bring their own boats if desired. Please don't forget your firewood for the fireplace outside! Paddle boat, kayaks, and pier are available seasonal (late May through early October). Snow shoes are available winter months.
