Villa Aurora is situated in a protected area, 10 minutes walk from the coast in a tranquil, secluded setting with cypresses fruit trees & vineyards in abundance. The villa comprises of two extremely comfortable and spacious maisonettes (Alba and Tramonto), each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & large living / dining room and private terrace area, with a shared sunny terrace at the front of the house. The third maisonette (Elea) on the same property is a small detached converted orangerie - a cottage STUDIO SUITE for 2 people (2+1 child). It is situated cca 30 m from the villa. Lipica Stud: Lipica Stud was established as far as 1580 and has become world famous for being a homeland of noble white horses- Lipizzaners. Nowadays, Lipica is attracting not only horse-fanciers but also visitors keen on sports and recreation.
